Welcome to the Monmouth & Ocean Counties Tax Collectors and Treasurers Association (MOTCTA) website!

Our professional organization, known affectionately as the "Mighty MO", serves the Municipal Collectors and Finance professionals in the 86 municipalities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties by providing continuing education to our members.  Our meetings and seminars offer a wide range of topics to keep our members up to date on the latest information in Collection and Finance, as well as the opportunity to network and share ideas with our colleagues and peers.
